Warranty and Care
- Standard Warranty: Our installations come with a standard 2-year warranty.
- Extended Warranty: For added peace of mind, we offer a 5-year extended warranty, which includes one Lusterstone re-coating during the 3rd year. Additionally, 10-year warranties are available upon request. Ask us for details.
- Annual Power-Washing: We recommend power-washing annually and before most re-coatings to keep your surfaces looking their best.
- Perimeter Maintenance: Keep the perimeter edged for proper water runoff. Use a string edger to avoid chipping the edges. Single-stage snow blowers and plastic shovels are best for snow removal. Salt and de-icers will not harm Lusterstone but should be hosed off after ice melts.
Re-Coating Schedule
Re-coat your Lusterstone every 2–5 years or when it becomes dull. The epoxy holds the stone together, and driveways in direct sunlight may require more frequent maintenance than foot traffic areas on the north side of the home. Direct sunlight can wear off the epoxy, so keep it shiny and well-maintained. Neglected Lusterstone will lose stone if not properly maintained, so protect your investment and enjoy your Lusterstone for many years.
